About Me<\/h2>\n

Hello there . I am Sofia Leiro I was born and raised in the wonderful Buenos Aires. <\/p>\n

I am a Certified Coach. I specialised in the nuances of expat life. I am a yoga instructor, an artist and a mum. I love working with Non Violent Communication, I am always on training, learning and practicing new ways for connection.<\/p>\n

He vivido en el Londres, Tel Aviv,  Riyadh, M\u00e9xico, Dubai y en este momento en Hyderabad, India. <\/p>\n

Life as an expat has been wonderful and exciting at times and also stressful, uncomfortable and lonely. <\/p>\n

Moving countries, changing schools, jobs, homes, activities, and re-locating every few years made mine and my family lives far from dull. There are many internal processes that happen in my family and I every time we move countries.<\/p>\n

From my experience I realized that there was a need to create a place to help this community of nomads and that is how I started my journey as a Coach.<\/p>\n

Mi trabajo es ser un soporte para que estos procesos trasciendan y para que puedas vivir esos cambios  consciente, viviendo lo bueno y explorando qu\u00e9 hacer con lo dif\u00edcil y estresante. <\/p>\n

I believe that something magical can happen when moving from your tribe, your family, your space, your routines, your food, the usual comfort of your life, the strip of the usual can be a space to allow the new to emerge.<\/p>\n

There is a very special place opening in ourselves that can leaves us humble and tender.<\/p>\n

This time of radical change lived in conscience can be very powerful, an excellent time to define what it is important in life and how to live it.<\/p>\n
